New-fashioned rooms with a double bed and superfriendly staff, everything was very good. The location was magnificent, at a short distance from a public university.

The staff were top-class and attentive, were waiting for us in the very friendly foyer. The location was easy and decent, near to railway station, the castle. The buffet breakfast was generous and hearty, had cereals, fruit and toast.

Good place with lovely views. Personnel was always available, outstandingly accommodating people. The room as such was warm. The venue's position was very central. Besides, the area was pretty nice, next to a further education college.

The hotel is cheap with a perfect location and informative staff at least. The best thing is location - near a hospital and castle and all shops.

fantastic city views, good food. decent location, 10 minutes' walk to a public university. no matter the issue the staff were more than helpful. i enjoyed great reception.

Disappointing aspect was old bathroom.

I loved this budget hotel, it did not disappoint. Unbeatable location, gorgeous breakfast, experienced employees. I was given airy and immaculate room. The dining area served plenty of meals for breakfast. Had terrific service. The property was minutes from Carlisle downtown: D

Overall a brilliant stay, fantastic value for money. I loved fab location and always courteous staff. The beds were extra large in the pretty nice bedroom. The service offered was very good too. Located next to restaurants and bars.
